3 large avocados
1 ripe mango
2 cloves of garlic
1/2 jalapeño minced and seeded
1/2 red onion minced. Or buy it in the jar like I do because onions make me cry.
cilantro
1 lime
Salt
You can add a tomato too, if you like
Mash avocado, use garlic press and squeeze garlic into avocado. Add onion, jalapeño, mango, lime juice and salt. Mix together and enjoy. I also learned that if you need to refrigerate the guacamole, to cover with seran wrap touching the guacamole to keep it from turning brown.
I read somewhere that if you keep the avocado seed and place it back in the guac after its made, it will keep it from turning brown.
