Morels
olive oil
1 or 2 large shallots
2 cloves garlic
2 tbs butter
1/2 cup veggie broth
1 cup heavy whipping cream
salt
rigatoni noodels
Heat olive oil to med heat add shallots and garlic cook until starting to soften, add butter then morels and a little salt. Cook 5 min, add veggie broth, then cream and cook until thickened, put over rigatoni noodles and some add parmesan cheese on top. YUMM
