Easter

Easter was so much fun this year. Kai was excited about the egg hunts and it was so much fun to watch her put her treasures in her basket. The Easter bunny  put one Mm or one jelly bean in most of her eggs and she loved opening them to get her treat. I loved seeing her smile. Kai you are an amazing 2 year old and bring joy to our family. June, you slept through the egg hunt,  but I bet next year you will give Kai a run for her money. You have the sweetest little smile and chubby cheeks right now. I Love you girls.

So, I thought I would be fancy for breakfast and make this recipe off The Chew. It was my first recipe I have tried off The Chew and lets just say.... never again. I think I did it wrong. I like how it is labeled easy, like its mocking me. It took me way too long  by the time I did all the steps and then it tasted, just not good. I also have 4 other mouths to back up that not good story.

Looks can be deceiving , not good

June 2 months

June had her 2nd month check up.  She weighted 9 lb 7 oz at 11% 21.75 inches at 18 % and her head circumference 14.25 inches at 1 %. She is a little thing, but so was Kai around this time, Kai was a little longer. June has started smiling and I love it. Setting her on the ground is tricky because we have to play defense against her sister. June looks a little like Kai and even more like Maelani, I think. I try and keep her awake after Kai goes to bed, so I can look at those big blue eyes of hers.  They are so happy and so perfect. So much love in this house. I am thankful for everyday even the hards ones. I love you Juniper Rose.

Kai's Second bday fun

We started out with not many smiles

She just wanted to go see Nemo and eat cupcakes

But then considered playing

Everyone else was smiling

Then we started to sing and the smiles came

We went for a ride

We had cake and pizza

Kai had a blast opening all her presents 

It took us a few days to get though all the wonderful presents , Thank you everyone!

Kai, you are 2

You are 2 and 35.5 inches at 89%, 26lb and 6 oz at 50% and perfect in every way. You are brilliant, beautiful, happy, healthy. You like to play with dollies. You love your sister and to play outside. You talk some, but I am always pushing you to say more words. You still sign a few words even though you could say them. You love the song Head, Shoulders, Knees and Toes and When your Happy and you Know it. You are loved more then you could ever imagine and bring smiles to the family everyday. Happy 2nd Birthday my little lady.

Sunshine 1997-2014

My Dad took Sunny in today to put her to sleep. That is a job I can not do and I am glad that my Dad volunteered. She will be buried at the farm with Lily and Cody. I missed her this morning when she was not here.  She did not do much the last few months as walking was hard for her,  but she has been around for so long it's hard to not have her here. I love you Sunny and I hope wherever you went your  legs are working better.

We love Deanna Rose and it opened today. Kai had so much fun feeding the goats a bottle. It's maximum cute.

I picked up this beauty for 10 bucks. What a great deal.

I'm doing it wrong

There must be a better way. I just have not figured it out yet. I know I can wear Juniper,  but bending over and unloading groceries is hard with a baby attached. I shall continue this and become better at balancing groceries.
